Synopsis
In a near-future Tokyo, neuro-synchronization technology allows people to dive into virtual realities through neural implants. Haruyuki Arita, a short and overweight junior high school student, is bullied and feels worthless. His life changes when Kuroyukihime, the elegant and mysterious student council vice-president, introduces him to Brain Burst, a secret program that accelerates human thought. In this Accelerated World, users become Burst Linkers, dueling in virtual arenas to earn points and level up. The ultimate goal is to reach Level 10 and meet the creator, but the path is filled with fierce battles and betrayals. Haruyuki becomes Silver Crow, the first avatar with the ability to fly, and must navigate alliances, rivalries, and his own insecurities while protecting those he cares about.
The franchise expands from the original novels into manga adaptations, spin-off series like Dural: Magisa Garden, and the film Infinite∞Burst, deepening the lore of the Accelerated World and introducing new characters and conflicts.
